— Madison Bini of Schenectady, attained a silver level in leadership milestones through the college's LEAD (Leadership Education and Development) program;

— Haley Golderman of Slingerlands, helped the University of Vermont's 6th annual student-led fundraising event RALLYTHON raise a record-breaking $140,813.29 for the UVM Children's Hospital;

— Stefanie DeFronzo of Voorheesville, was awarded the Walter F. and Alice Gorham Foundation, Inc. Prize in Jewish Studies at Drew University in New Jersey;

— Elias Assimakopoulos of Schenectady, at State University of New York Potsdam, interns with Music Industry at 2020 National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) Show in Anaheim, California; and

The State University of New York Oneonta recently awarded more than 700 of the top students with academic scholarships, including these local students:

— Alexandria Collum of Schenectady - OAS Oneonta Promise Scholarship;

— Brooke Corbett of Slingerlands - Alan B. Donovan Scholarship;
