These local students have recently distinguished themselves:
 

— Tessa Hughes of Delmar, competed on the 2020 State University of New York at Oneonta women's lacrosse team during the recently completed spring season;

— Douglas Ayombisa of Voorheesville, was inducted into State University of New York Delhi's Chi Tau chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing; and

— Jason Brisoce of Delmar, competed on the State University of New York in Oneonta men's track & field team during the 2019-20 year;
