Guilderland needs to revalue property

The school district suffered millions of dollars in losses from tax certiorari suits; it could equally benefit from a reassessment now as would the library, the county, and the town itself.

On Monday afternoon, March 30, the Bethlehem flag football team kicked off its home opener of the 2026 season as they took on Colonie. The Wolfpack defense didn’t allow much to the Eagles’ offense as they fell 25 to 0.
