GUILDERLAND — Seven police agencies responded when a large group of young men and women were fighting inside the ThinkGeek Store at Crossgates Mall on Friday evening, Dec. 28.

The Guilderland Police responded at 8:20 p.m. and, according to a release from the department, arrested three teens for disorderly conduct:

BETHLEHEM — On Dec. 19, the Bethlehem Police released pictures from store video surveillance of a man and a woman, known to frequent Stewart’s Shops in the area, suspected of credit-card theft.

An appointment to the planning board was interrupted with an accusation that a current member had not paid a building permit fee in May of this year; the New York State building code defines a temporary greenhouse as “specialized agricultural equipment,” and therefore is not required to have a permit.

ALBANY COUNTY — The sheriff’s office here is among 13 local law-enforcement agencies across New York to receive a total of $1 million for body-worn cameras.

The Albany County Sheriff’s Office will receive $69,151 for 43 body-worn camera systems, six body-worn camera docking stations, and other accessories.
