BETHLEHEM — On Dec. 19, the Bethlehem Police released pictures from store video surveillance of a man and a woman, known to frequent Stewart’s Shops in the area, suspected of credit-card theft.

Guilderland Police are working with the managers of stores that have been targeted, giving them tips on how to recognize a situation that fits the recent pattern of disruptive incidents, and how to respond.  

Police say a 16-year-old girl fought free of a kidnapping, despite being hit in the face.

Police say the woman Franklin Hempstead attacked said she was thrown to the ground after he tried to argue with her.
