No candidate or proposition was turned away as residents of the Voorheesville Central School District approved budgets for both the public library and school district.

On Sunday afternoon, Voorheesville Public Library had a program on the history of British tea.

The diner, next to the railroad tracks, had long been an icon in the village. 

Ten years after talks began, the town of New Scotland has adopted a new zoning law for the hamlet of New Scotland.

VOORHEESVILLE – The Voorheesville Board of Education, in its effort to encourage greater participation by female athletes in sports, at its May meeting approved creating a varsity indoor track team for boys and girls next year.

– Why did you run for the seat originally?

A community build date has been set for the new playground at Voorheesville Elementary School after it received approval from the state education department.
