The Guilderland Planning Board this week heard about Sharon Fellowship Church’s proposal to purchase and renovate parts of the 40-acre Dutch Manor Stable property at 2331 Western Ave.

Reginald “Reg” Empie of Sedona, Arizona, a kind and dependable father who had a 30-year career at IBM, died peacefully on Thursday, April 14, 2022. He was 85.
He was born in November 1936 in Albany to Luther and Violet Empie. He grew up in Guilderland Center with his younger brothers, Bryant and Denny.
