Buy a real Christmas tree to support Gallupville House

To the Editor:
The Friends of Gallupville House are committed to preserving this beautiful old building, built in 1872, and turning it into a thriving Community Center.

As part of this effort, they are sponsoring a freshly-cut Christmas tree sale on Saturday, Dec. 3, starting at noon. The lovely, real trees are from Kings Creek Farm.

Gallupville House is located at 913 State Route 443, and is technically in Schoharie County, but it is mere minutes from the Hilltowns of Berne and Knox, and easily accessible from Altamont and beyond via Route 146.

If you’re in the market for a real Christmas tree, this cause is definitely worth considering.
