Thursday’s ruling from the state Supreme Court’s Third Appellate Division paves the way for construction and the approval process, respectively, to begin on Pyramid’s Rapp Road and Western Avenue projects.

GUILDERLAND — Community Caregivers is holding its 18th annual golf tournament on Monday, June 6, at Pinehaven Country Club in Guilderland.

Beginning at 11 a.m., the tournament will include a day of golf plus prizes, including Accurate Drive and Closest to the Pin.
