GUILDERLAND — After a car chase followed by a chase on foot, New York State Troopers arrested three young men in the early-morning hours of Sunday, July 28.

The incident began with a report of a larceny at Burlington Coat Factory in Crossgates Mall.

Paul Harris was on parole, having served a 20-year sentence for burglary, when he committed his latest crimes.
