James Richard Patnode, a resident of Queensbury who grew up in Guilderland, died at home on Sunday, April 12, 2020, following an extensive cardiac history, surrounded by his wife and family. He was 75.

He was born on March 27, 1945 in Burlington, Vermont and was the son of the late Richard and Eleanor (née Morrell) Patnode.

GUILDERLAND — Michelle Alexandra Lentini died peacefully at Albany Medical Center with her parents and brother at her side, and her friends in spirit, on Friday, March 20, 2020. She was 27.

DELMAR — Isabella Vincent was a loving mother who always enjoyed helping people, her son, Jeff Vincent said. 

Mrs. Vincent died on Wednesday, March 18, 2020. She was 99.

Isabella Mary Vincent was born in Huntersland in Schoharie County — just beyond Rensselaerville — on Feb. 10, 1921. 

WESTERLO — Egeziaca Rufa, known also as Jessica, was a tough mother who brought four children to the United States from Italy and raised them alone after her husband’s death a year later.

REIDSVILLE — Ann M. Ryan was a kind-hearted, generous woman who made everyone who came to her home feel welcome, said her daughter, Victoria Bastian. “She welcomed them with open arms,” Ms. Bastian said.

Mrs. Ryan died on Thursday, Feb. 27, 2020. She was 93. 

RENSSELAERVILLE — Anna Kuhar, a founding member of the Rensselaerville Volunteer Fire Company Battalion, died on Saturday, Feb. 22, 2020. She was 91.

She died at St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany, surrounded by those who loved her.

GUILDERLAND — George Thomas “Tom” Miller had a big heart and served as a mentor to many young people, said his wife, Deborah Pardee. He died on Saturday, Dec. 21, 2019, while skiing at the Arizona Snowbowl ski resort in Flagstaff. He was 73. 

SHELTON, Conn. — Jean Rowlands O’Neill Hunter, who spent myriad summers at Warners Lake in East Berne and was by many measures a “very impressive woman,” according to her daughter, Deborah O’Neill, died on Saturday, Jan. 25, 2020. She was 92. 

Sandra ‘Sandy’ (née Martin) Boyden-O’Neil, a mother who also worked as a school teacher and office manager, enjoyed quiet pastimes like needlework and raising orchids but also liked watching cars race at Watkins Glen.

She died on Saturday, Jan. 11, 2020. She was 75.

Lorrie Salvagni Kenyon died on Friday, Jan. 31, 2020, after a courageous, selfless battle against glioblastoma. She was 49.

She fought a difficult disease with optimism and faith. 

She was born on Sept. 6, 1970, and grew up in Albany.
