SLINGERLANDS — Paula Kalamejski, executive director of Beverwyck in Slingerlands, was among 15 directors from assisted-living facilities across New York State to complete the Living Executive Director Leadership Program.

GUILDERLAND — Local vendors will showcase their products and services at the Guilderland Public Library on Nov. 24, in an event run by the Guilderland Chamber of Commerce to mark Small Business Saturday.

Next week, a new restaurant, Gracie’s Kitchen, will open in the village of Voorheesville.
