Beverwyck director completes leadership program

SLINGERLANDS — Paula Kalamejski, executive director of Beverwyck in Slingerlands, was among 15 directors from assisted-living facilities across New York State to complete the Living Executive Director Leadership Program.  

The program was developed by the Foundation for Quality Care, a not-for-profit research and educational foundation affiliated with the New York State Health Facilities Association / New York State Center for Assisted Living.

The five-day leadership program guided the administrators through the regulatory, financial, human resources, customer care services and supports, and leadership domains for the purpose of building administrative knowledge and skills.

Participants received a Foundation for Quality Care Certificate of Completion.
