VOORHEESVILLE — On Tuesday, Oct. 14, community members can give the school board their input on what they would like to see from a new superintendent.

After six years at the helm of the district, Teresa Thayer Snyder will be retiring next July.

Kristine Gravino is stepping down as a member of the Voorheesville School Board, leaving one vacant position the board hopes to fill by the end of October.

A civic organization that helps both the schools in Voorheesville and the community at large had some fun and raised some funds at its annual gala last Friday.

After years of accidents at Meads Corners, the DOT has finally made some minor safety improvements with larger stop signs at the intersection.
