We’ve got LEGO bricks for all ages and stages, toddlers to tweens, everyone is welcome to drop in from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Friday, Aug.

Your mission, should you decide to accept it, is to make, bring, and share your favorite Bobby Flay recipe to the Talk & Taste Cookbook Group at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 25.

On Saturday, July 20, students in grades 1 and up, with families, can experience a full-immersion walk through of our solar system.

On Tuesday, July 9, at 6:30 p.m., the Traveling Lantern Theatre Company will present “My Mother the Astronaut” for children and families.

In observance of Independence Day, the library will be closed on Thursday, July 4. Regular hours will resume at 9:30 a.m., on Friday, July 5.

It’s official! ENCORE! Books is now open Tuesdays, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Thursdays, 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. All donations will be accepted at the sheds during open hours or by appointment.

Join us  at the Voorheesville Public Library for the PBS screening of “Stonewall Uprising: The Year that Changed America” at 6 p.m. on Friday, June 21.

Join us at the Voorheesville Public Library at 3 p.m. on Friday, June 7, for this two-hour introductory class where we will cover the basics of how the library’s Lulzbot Mini2 3D Printer works.

Students who have filled out a form to volunteer at the Voorheesville Public Library and have registered for a mandatory orientation program are asked to meet at the library at 4 p.m.

In observance of Memorial Day, the Voorheesville Public Library will be closed Saturday, May 25; Sunday, May 26; and Monday, May 27. Regular hours will resume at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 28.
