When Legionella bacteria is present, the people who are particularly at risk for becoming sick from it are the elderly and those with compromised immune systems or a history of respiratory problems. 

Cleary, who works for the Unified Court System, says he thinks drug treatment courts do a good job of trying to get people off drugs and get them an education, a job, and services.

GUILDERLAND — James E. Coogan, of Guilderland, was a gentle man who loved painting and singing and who passed his love of music on to his children and grandchildren. 

He died peacefully, surrounded by loving family, on Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2019, his family wrote in a tribute. He was 91.
