In sports, players and coaches often talk about senior leadership. The seniors of BKW, Voorheesville, and Guilderland helped their sports teams thrive in 2016 and are moving on after graduation.
Our March 14 meeting was held at the White Church on the Hill, the Berne Reform Church. Sixty-six of us enjoyed a corned beef and cabbage dinner with all the trimmings.
Kevin Crosier, Helderberg Senior Services board member and supervisor of Berne, said a new site would be established with lower costs and a possible van for elderly patrons.
