These local students were among 31 from the Capital Region BOCES Career and Technical School inducted into the National Technical Honor Society with grade-point averages of 92 or greater at Career & Tech, an overall average of 85 or greater at their high schools, and fewer than six absences:

The 46-year-old Marna Meltzer McMorris lives in Guilderland and comes from an assistant principal position in Niskayuna.

Chefs were on hand during national accreditation testing for the BOCES culinary students from across the Capital Region.
