Put your pet in a holiday costume

To the Editor:

Altamont Community Tradition is pleased to announce that, this year, on Dec. 15, in addition to all other Victorian Holiday events, there will be a Holiday Pet Costume Contest sponsored by Altamont Country Values (Agway).

We hope all Altamont pet owners will transform their pets into elves, reindeer, Santas, or whatever holiday theme they dream up.

Cats will be judged at noon and dogs at 1 p.m.; prizes will be awarded for both.  There will also be opportunity for your pet to have a picture taken with Santa!  Thanks, Agway crew, for making this part of our Victorian Holidays.
