To the Editor:

Celebrate the freedom of the “Indivisibles” who protest against President Donald Trump, for denying their freedom [“‘Peaceful, efficient, and effective’: Helderberg Indivisible takes on Trump,” The Altamont Enterprise, July 10, 2025].

Celebrate their courage, here in Altamont, as they risk everything, from being beaten and killed by police, to being yelled at by others who dangerously exercise their own free-speech rights, too.

Celebrate the Indivisibles’ freedom to report others to the police, because others dare to oppose the Indvisibles’ opinions.

Celebrate the freedom of the police to thank the protesters for the Indivisibles’ report on others’ free speech exercise.

Celebrate that someone gives a “cluck” about the Indivisibles’ free-speech exercise, freely detailing  how unfree they really are.

Celebrate that nuts are still free to call President Trump a “national socialist” or “Nazi” just as so many left wing nuts did before President Trump defeated Democrat primary and caucus winner, Vice President Kamala Harris last November.

Have fun celebrating.
