Krumkill is open again

NEW SCOTLAND — The portion of Krumkill Road, near the Normans Kill, that was damaged during Tropical Storm Irene and closed on Nov. 5 is open again.

A dark green Plymouth Voyager used to deliver meals to elderly shut-ins was stolen Monday night from the Senior Services parking area at 20 Rensselaer Street in Albany.
