A Guilderland High School teacher who, last Christmas, duped students into donating presents for charity that he then stole is no longer working for the school district.

Running fast and flying high, the Guilderland boys’ and girls’ indoor track teams took to the track on Sunday morning, Dec. 18, at Union College in a league meet against seven other schools.

Guilderland High School senior Joe Giordano will be headed to the Grammys in February. But he won’t just be watching from the audience. He’ll also be performing at the after-party and at a number of events leading up to the awards show.
