We urge each of our readers to think of yourself as holding onto a ribbon — a ribbon that joins you to your neighbor. You, of course, are unique and so is each person in the long line of people holding a ribbon, one to another. We have to see each person as an individual yet understand, too, we are connected in our humanity.
On May 25, Guilderland Supervisor Peter Barber, on behalf of the town’s planning board; David Paget, attorney for Pyramid Management Group; and James Bacon, the attorney for the plaintiffs, each had 10 minutes to make their case to the appeals court judges.
“There was much concern expressed regarding the original request to allow cigar and hookah smoking.
