To the Editor:

The Wounded Warrior Project has chosen Albany for the sixth annual Memorial Day 100 relay marathon. This year’s run will take 30 Marine Corps veterans 138 miles, from the World War II Memorial in Albany to the Orange County Veterans Cemetery at Goshen, New York.

Being part of some of history's most storied battles and earning a Bronze Star hasn't diminished Kenneth Bailey's small-town qualities.
