GUILDERLAND CENTER — The Grand at Guilderland has named Erica Rogan and Jessica Barbuti hospital liaisons.

Co-owners Christine and Bob Chandler started selling their own products at farmers’ markets about 10 years ago and decided to open a store to bring fresh products to customers during the week and to expand their customer base, Christine Chandler said.
