Whiteman welcomes three new associates

Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP, the Capital Region’s largest law firm, has three new associates: Paul J. Buehler, Christine M. Carletta, and Max T. Lindsey.

Buehler, of Delmar, graduated from Albany Law School, summa cum laude, in May 2016, where he was a member of the Albany Law Review.  In addition, he graduated with a bachelor of science degree in human development from Cornell University. Buehler was previously a summer associate at the firm and a legal intern with DuCharme, Clark & Sovern LLP.

Carletta, of Troy, received her Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School in Nashville, Tennessee in May 2015.  While at law school, she served as the editor in chief of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law. Graduating with high honors, Carletta received her bachelor of arts degree from Bowdoin College in Maine.  Most recently, Carletta served as a law clerk for James C. Mahan in the United States District Court, District of Nevada in Las Vegas.

Lindsey, of Altamont, obtained a Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Albany Law School in 2015. He was an associate editor of the Albany Law Review and the student editor-in-chief of the New York State Bar Association’s New York Environmental Lawyer. Lindsey graduated, magna cum laude, with a bachelor of arts degree in political science from Western State Colorado University. He was previously a judicial clerk and a judicial intern with the United States District Court for Mae D’Agostino and a summer associate at the firm.
