This past Thursday and Friday, June 5 and 6, members of the Berne-Knox-Westerlo, Bethlehem, Guilderland, and Voorheesville track teams looked to qualify for the New York State Championships, if they hadn’t gotten the super standard to automatically qualify, in Middletown High School this Friday a

On Friday, June 6, Guilderland’s Rajeev Rai and Bethlehem’s Ian Jin battled against 30 of the top New York State tennis players in the boys’ individual state tournament at the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing, New York.

Golfers from Guilderland, Voorheesville, and Bethlehem took to the golf course on June 8 and 9, after an eight-month layoff, to battle in a two-day tournament for a New York State championship. The boys were at Mill Creek Golf Course and the girls were at Wild Wood Country Club.

Last Wednesday, May 28, the Guilderland and Bethlehem track teams battled it out with the other Section 2, Group 1 schools at Colonie High School in hopes of hitting the super standard or being admitted to this week’s state qualifiers at Shenendehowa High School.

On Saturday, May 24, the sixth-seeded Guilderland baseball team finally kicked off their best of three Section 2, Class AAA semifinal, delayed due to rain, against second-seeded Colonie at Colonie High School.
