Church invites you to have your pet blessed

To the Editor:

The New Scotland Presbyterian Church, at 2010 New Scotland Road in Slingerlands, is holding a Blessing of the Animals on Sunday, Sept. 29, at 4 p.m.

The members of the church invite everyone in our local communities to join us with their pets or with photos of their pets at our Peace Pole area behind the church.

It has become a tradition for us and each year we meet neighbors and their beloved pets. We invite everyone to stay for light refreshments and get to know one another a bit better.

All are welcome and encouraged to attend.  

If you have questions, you may stop by the church office, Tuesday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to noon or call 518-439-6454.
