I thought I knew/ a thing or two/ about the birds and bees/ but there’s more to find/ than the common kinds/ of wasps and chickadees.

I’ve always loved bird watching but it wasn’t often that they would treat me to the entertainment I’ve enjoyed this summer.

ALBANY — Art is on the walls and on the tables at a new restaurant a block away from the buzzing Capitol building and the Fort Orange Club, opened last month in downtown Albany.

The restaurant’s proprietor, Bonnie Kohl, is a resident of Westerlo.

It has been a bit of a struggle so far for the Schoburg football team.

In 1869, Dr. W. W. Hall wrote The Guide-Board to Health, Peace and Competence, a 762-page book containing his recommendations for being happy and healthy. He summarized his entire book with:

SCHOHARIE — Sept. 20 and 21 will be the dates for the “Fall Antiques in Schoharie” show presented by the Schoharie Colonial Heritage Association in the historic village.

A special event on Sunday this year by the Schoharie Valley Region of the Antique Automobile Club of America will feature an exhibit of antique cars.
