Guard promotes

These local members of the New York Army National Guard have been promoted:

— Sean Flynn from Delmar, serving with the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1-69th infantry is promoted to the rank of lieutenant colonel;

— James Hilton from Rensselaerville, serving with the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 27th Brigade Special Troops Battalion is promoted to the rank of private;

— George Mchugh from Delmar, serving with the Headquarters and Support Company, 42nd Infantry Division is promoted to the rank of colonel; and

Michael Morrison from Delmar, serving with the Company E, 3-142nd Aviation is promoted to the rank of private.
