Republican incumbent county legislator Travis Stevens says his Democratic challenger owes his family an apology, but Nicolas Viscio says he didn't send the aggressive flyer and, besides, he thinks it's true.

The Crime Victims and Sexual Assault Center should be encoded in the county charter, a permanent part of our government.

McCoy did not sign the charter because it would allow for the legislators to decide on the size of the legislature rather than having an external committee do it.
