The AIDSWalk in Albany’s Washington Park, sponsored by the AIDS Council of Northeastern New York, will be held on Saturday, Sept. 27, starting at 1 p.m.

A hearty thank-you to everyone involved in preparing the take-out roast-turkey dinner at the Helderberg Lutheran Church in Berne.

To enjoy a complete, delicious roast-turkey dinner in the warmth and comfort of our own home on a wet, rainy evening last Saturday was great.

Wow! What a night! Last Tuesday, we attended an apron presentation at the Noah Masonic Lodge on Maple Avenue. As a mason Jim would have gone to the meeting anyway, but this was a very special meeting. This meeting was preceded by dinner and was open to family and friends of those who were receiving aprons.
