On Saturday, wrestlers from Guilderland and Berne-Knox-Westerlo hit the mat in Matmania at Glens Falls High School. The Dutchmen finished in third place with a score of 100 points and the Bulldogs finished in 13th with 30 points.
In federal court, Richard Sherwood said, “I sincerely apologize to anyone I have hurt or embarrassed, including the bar and the judiciary, by what I have done.”
Guilderland’s retiring police chief, Carol Lawlor, and her replacement, Daniel McNally each had a lifelong desire for police work. And each is married to a police officer.
GUILDERLAND — Erin Lancraft has loved music since she was a young girl. She also started volunteering at a summer camp for children with developmental disabilities when she was 11, and continued to work there through high school.
“It was freakin’ scary, really scary,” said the witness to a hit-and-run accident on Route 155. “I lived in California for 10 years and I’ve never seen anyone drive so aggressively. They knocked this person onto the shoulder.”
