Mother’s Day. The Voorheesville American Legion Post 1493 is having a Mother’s Day breakfast from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. The menu includes: Eggs cooked to order, French Toast with fruit, bacon, sausage, home fries, toast, juice, coffee. Adults $8.00 Children $4.00 Flowers and free raffle for all moms.
The Men's Prayer Group of St. John's Lutheran Church will prepare and serve a complete, all you can eat breakfast. On the menu are sausage, bacon, pancakes, eggs, home fries, juice, coffee, and tea. The cost is $8 for adults under 65 years old, $7 for seniors, and $5 for children 12 and under. Take-outs will also be available. This event is a fundraiser for a new outdoor créche.
