BERNE — The Berne-Knox-Westerlo girls’ track-and-field team won the Western Athletic Conference title with an impressive victory at the league championships last Tuesday.

GUILDERLAND — After losing a couple of games this past week, the Guilderland softball team picked up a big win on Monday.

The Lady Dutch beat Columbia, 4-2, in East Greenbush on Monday.

GUILDERLAND — The fantastic season for the Guilderland baseball team continued this past week, as the Dutchmen bounced back from their only loss to win three games.

BERNE — For the fourth time this year, members of the Berne-Knox-Westerlo softball team were able to run a victory lap around the base paths. If they had followed the practice last year, they would have done it only four times.

The only thing brighter than those lights, were the smiles on their faces.
