WESTERLO — What would otherwise have likely been an uncontroversial and even welcome law drew significant criticism from Westerlo residents before their town board passed it on Tuesday in a 3-to-2 vote. 

GUILDERLAND — A long-in-the-making proposal for 46 residential units near the town’s center is looking more like a reality after the Guilderland Planning Board’s April 26 meeting.

A court challenge from Smith centered around Joseph’s nominating petition got the Democrat removed from his own party’s line, though he will still appear on the ballot on at least the Working Families Party line.
