The Guilderland boys volleyball team was finishing up their 2020 fall sports II shorten season with a trip to Christian Brothers Academy in Colonie on Thursday, April 23 before the playoffs began but the Dutch didn't qualify. Guilderland won three sets to none; 25-18, 25-21, 25-18.

On Friday, April 23, the Berne-Knox-Westerlo and Duanesburg boys combined soccer team held their senior night before playing the Meekel Christian Academy Lions at Duanesburg High School in Delanson. The Bulldogs led at the half but Meekel came on strong and defeated BKW-Duanesburg 3 to 1.

On Tuesday evening, April 20, the Berne-Knox-Westerlo Bulldogs volleyball team traveled to Duanesburg High School for a Western Athletic Conference matchup against Duanesburg on their senior night. The Bulldogs fell three sets to one; 9-25, 20-25, 25-21, 11-25.

On Saturday, April 17, the Voorheesville Blackbirds football team took on crosstown rival Helderberg Valley, made up of players from Berne-Knox-Westerlo and Duanesburg, from the opening kickoff to the final whistle at Clayton A. Bouton. The Blackbirds won 37 to 13.

On Saturday April 10th the Voorheesville Blackbirds Girls and Boys Cross-Country team took to their course at Swift Town Park in Voorheesville against Cobleskill-Richmondville.

The Voorheesville Boys soccer team coming off a 13-day pause got back onto the pitch on Tuesday afternoon, April 13, against Schalmont at Schalmont High School in Rotterdam. After a back and forth first half, the Blackbirds dominated the second half to push past the Sabres 3 to 1.

There was no joking around for the Guilderland Dutchmen football team April 1 as they played the Raiders of Colonie. As snow fell during the start of the game, the Dutch led by their defense and elusive ground attack, winning 48-to-6.

The Guilderland Girls Varsity volleyball team took to the court on Monday, April 5th against Colonie at Guilderland High School in Guilderland Center. The Dutch never trailed in the three-set sweep; 25-20, 25-16, 25-18 of the Raiders.
