On Monday, Guilderland teachers and the seniors in the Class of 2020 kept their social distance, but not their emotional distance as faculty lined the high school walk to see their students one last time and wave goodbye.
Katy and Victoria Carl officially became co-owners of what was known for 38 years as Advanced Auto Repair Service on April 6, and rechristened it Carl’s Advanced Automotive & Truck Repair Center.
A parade was led by the Albany County Sheriff’s cars, and New Salem and Voorheesville fire trucks and ended at Hotaling Park where lawn signs pictured each senior.
Berne-Knox-Westerlo Athletic Director Tom Galvin and Head Coach Andy Wright took the outdoor opportunity to present trophies, bought by the BKW Booster Club.
