Until this year, the two alleged victims of Gerald Miller had been unable to take legal action against the former priest who gave sermons in Altamont and the Hilltowns. The passage of the Child Victims Act has allowed them to move forward with this, said their attorney.

Among the charges against Keith R. Edwards were two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, meaning two children were present.

GUILDERLAND — On Wednesday morning, two cars collided on Route 20, at its intersection with Windingbrook Drive, sending five people to Albany Medical Center, with apparently serious injuries, according to a release from the Guilderland Police.
