GUILDERLAND The Pine Bush Elementary School is involved in so many projects to help people in need that the principal didn’t know which the school was receiving national recognition for.
BERNE On Sept. 30, the day school taxes were due, the Berne-Knox-Westerlo School Board held a special meeting and voted to request a 21-day extension for payment because of the damage done to district homes by Tropical Storm Irene.
