To the Editor:

I am so glad to hear that Brian Forte is running for Guilderland town supervisor.

I got to know him very well when he worked as the school resource officer at Guilderland High School. For the four years my daughter was at the high school, Brian helped her so much.

In fact, I don’t think my daughter would be where she is today without him always being there for both of us.

He always made himself accessible for me to talk to him, and many other parents have said that, too. I know he would always be available to the citizens of our town as well because he truly cares about people.

I voted for Brian Forte two years ago for town supervisor and will definitely vote for him again on Nov. 7.
