The Guilderland Central School District, located within the State of New York, hereby invites
the submission of proposals on:
PRE-KINDERGARTEN PROGRAM
Proposals in sealed envelopes marked “Pre-kindergarten Program RFP” will be received until
2:00 PM, Friday, June 11, 2021, at the Guilderland CSD Business Office, PO Box 18,
Guilderland Center, NY 12085 or hand delivered to the Business Office at 8 School Rd.,
Guilderland Center, NY 12085. Proposals will not be received by facsimile or electronic form.
Please note that proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
The District reserves the right to contact any, all, or none of those submitting a proposal for
clarification and/or modification of proposals received. The Guilderland Central School District
reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award the contract in the best interests of
the District. While the fee is a factor to be considered, the contract is not required to be awarded
to the lowest proposer.
Under no circumstances should constituent members of the Guilderland Central School District
be contacted directly. All communications pertaining to proposals will be directed to the
Assistant Superintendent for Business and must be in writing.
All responses will be in writing
and will be shared with all known proposers.
Specifications and quote forms may be obtained from the undersigned.

BOND RESOLUTION OF THE GUILDERLAND CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT, NEW YORK, ADOPTED MAY 25, 2021, AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF VARIOUS SCHOOL BUSES, VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT FOR USE BY THE DISTRICT, STATING THE ESTIMATED TOTAL COST THEREOF IS $1,033,200, APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT THEREFOR, AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $1,033,200 SERIAL BONDS OF SAID DISTRICT TO FINANCE SAID APPROPRIATION.
Object or purpose:  the purchase of various school buses, vehicles and equipment for use by the District.

Period of probable usefulness: five (5) years

Notice of Tax Collection
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT I have received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of Village Taxes, delinquent water rents, and delinquent sewer rents for the Village of Voorheesville, NY for the fiscal year starting June 1st, 2021 and ending May 31st, 2022.  I will attend in the Village Hall, 29 Voorheesville Ave. Voorheesville, NY for the purpose of collecting taxes, rents and assessments as they appear on the tax roll from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Monday through Friday until June 30.
A penalty of 5% will be added for the first month and an additional 1% on the first of each month thereafter until the time of tax transfer to Albany County for collection.

I, Patty Blackwood, the undersigned Village Clerk in and for the Village of Altamont, having received the Tax Roll & Warrant for the collection of taxes for 2021, will attend the Village Office, 115 Main Street, Altamont, NY from June 1, 2021 until July 1, 2021 Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. During the month of June, taxes are payable without penalty. A penalty of 5% (percent) will be added on all taxes remaining unpaid after July 2, 2021 and an additional 1% (percent) will be added on the first of each month thereafter.  If Village taxes are not paid by November 5, 2021, the taxes will be returned to the County of Albany for Collection.
