PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Knox, New York will meet at the Town Offices of Knox, 2192 Berne-Altamont Road, on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 7:30pm for purpose of receiving comments from the public on the proposed construction of a 40x32 storage building located at 2144 Berne Altamont Road, Altamont, New York 12009 as well as for the proposed oval semi-above ground pool (16x28) located at 30 Middle Road, Altamont, New York 12009.

The bond resolution, a summary of which is  published herewith, has been adopted on June 9, 2025, and the validity of the obligations authorized by such resolution may be hereafter contested only if such obligations were authorized for an object or purpose for which VOORHEESVILLE CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT, in the County of Albany, New York, is not authorized to expend money or if the provisions of law which should have been complied with as of the date of publication of this Notice were not substantially complied with, and an action, suit or proceeding contesting such validity is commenced within twenty days after the publication of this Notice, or such obligations were authorized in violation of the provisions of the constitution.

BOND RESOLUTION OF VOORHEESVILLE CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT, NEW YORK, ADOPTED JUNE 9, 2025, AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF VARIOUS SCHOOL BUSES AND VEHICLES FOR USE BY THE DISTRICT, STATING THE ESTIMATED TOTAL COST THEREOF IS $371,000, APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT THEREFOR, AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $371,000 SERIAL BONDS OF SAID DISTRICT TO FINANCE SAID APPROPRIATION.
Object or purpose:        the acquisition of various school buses and vehicles for use by the District.

Periods of probable
 usefulness:            five (5) or not more than twelve (12) years
