PUBLIC HEARING/ LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Town of Westerlo Planning/Zoning Board will be holding two (2) Public Hearings on May 27, 2025 at 7 pm at the Richard Rapp Municipal Building located at 933 CR 401 in Westerlo. The first (1) Public Hearing is for Dolce Realty Corp/ Town Line Motor Sport V-25-4 two variances. Applicant is seeking relief of additional 4 feet in size to place a 36 sq ft sign on his commercial site. Town Zoning section 12.110 limits signs to 32 sq ft. The applicant is also requesting that the sign be allowed to use internal lighting which is prohibited by zoning law section 12.110. SBL # 152.-1-12.42 at 6003 State Route 32, Westerlo. The second (2) Public Hearing is Kiernan SD 24-3 minor 3 lot subdivision. Applicant is requesting a 3-lot subdivision. Lot one is 53.52 acres, lot two is 5.05 acres and lot 3 is 94.37 acres. SBL # 176.-2-2 located at 186 CR 411 Greenville.
