Last Wednesday and Friday, Oct. 16 and 18, six Guilderland, two Berne-Knox-Westerlo, and one Voorheesville girls competed in the Section 2 championships at Hiland Park Country Club in Queensbury for a spot on the state team.

Last Wednesday, Aug. 28, the Berne-Knox-Westerlo girls’ golf team traveled for its first match of the season at Canajoharie Country Club. The team took on Canajoharie-Fort Plain-Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville.

On Tuesday, Aug. 29, the Berne-Knox-Westerlo Bulldogs girls’ golf team had their first-ever match as an all girls team as they teed off against Guilderland at Western Turnpike Golf Course. Guilderland won by forfeit.
