GUILDERLAND — The Guilderland Food Pantry has been assisting the food insecure locally since 1979. Serving over 120 families, 25 seniors, and 85 children every month, the food pantry helps fill the gap when a job disappears or benefits run out.

Anthony Gentile, who was arrested at his Guilderland home in 2014 on six counts of promoting sexual performance of a child, has accepted a plea deal, admitting guilt to three counts. He’ll be sentenced on Oct. 24.
