Consulting engineer Bill Hennessy told the board that the current building is approximately 1,775 square feet and an additional 550 feet will be added.
In 2018, Jeff Thomas sought permission to build three stand-alone buildings containing 26 apartments at 120 Park Street. Six years later, he was back before the village with a different development, but heard many of the same concerns he had years earlier.

On Tuesday, Dec. 3, the Guilderland/Voorheesville/Schalmont/Scotia-Glenville/Mohonasen Storm hockey team opened up their season as they took on Niskayuna/Albany/Broadalbin-Perth/Schoharie Hawks at Messa Rink on the campus of Union College. The Storm started well but fell 4-to-0.
Last Tuesday, Nov. 26, the Guilderland bowling team traveled to East Greenbush Bowling Center to face off against the Blue Devils of Columbia. Guilderland started out fast and never looked back in their 19-13 win (3667-3561 in total pins).
GUILDERLAND — Two Schenectady boys stole a car parked at Crossgates Mall, which ultimately collided with a Guilderland patrol car, according to a release from Guilderland Police.
