Defending soccer champs Berne-Knox-Westerlo may have a new coach, but the team's philosophy remains intact. 

Tuesday's soccer game between Guilderland and Bethlehem was scoreless, but then Matt Schiller used his head.

Out of 26 players for the Blackbirds, 24 returned from last year, and 18 are seniors.

Ahead of Guilderland’s season-opening game at Bethlehem (Guilderland lost, 3-1) on Wednesday, Head Coach Curtis Snyder said that his team was more in shape than at this point last year.

Three schools, one team.

Losing most of its experienced skill set to graduation, the current Guilderland football team is making changes. 

The Guilderland softball team talked about defending its title early on in the season, but Bethlehem wasn't about to allow it.

Baseballs were flying out of Shenendehowa's ballpark last Friday during the Class AA quarterfinals, and the Dutchmen couldn't keep up.

The Voorheesville baseball team seemed destined for a third consecutive championship, but it lost on a bases-loaded walk in the Class B finals. 

The Guilderland girls' lacrosse team tried to defend its title on Wednesday, but the ball bounced the other way.
