Thanks for marvelously detailed account of enema

To the Editor:

I want to thank Frank Palmieri and The Enterprise for the informative and marvelously detailed account of his taking an enema and the sequelae thereof [“Bottoms up!,” Oct. 6, 2025].

I might suggest the consumption of less oatmeal in the future.

It is journalism such as this that makes me a loyal subscriber. You can’t get stuff like this in The New York Times.

I look forward to further accounts of his adventures.
