The public is invited to two free upcoming events at Thacher Park.

The Frontier Sno-Riders Vintage Rally will be held on Sunday, March 9, from 10 a.m to 3 p.m. by the Pear Orchard Pavilion. Admission is free to participants and the general public although donations are appreciated.

The rally will be held snow or shine! If snow is not sufficient for riding, vintage sleds will be on display in the parking lot. Food and beverages will be provided by Frontier Sno-Riders volunteers. Feel free to bring something to share!

Registration by the state’s Department of Motor Vehicles is not required to operate vintage sleds in the confines of this special event. New York State Snowmobile Association 2025 Super Raffle tickets will be for sale at the Frontier trailer.

The Annual Nature Art Show will be held at the Thacher Park Visitor Center, starting with an opening reception, from 1 to 3 p.m. on March 15, which is free and open to the public.

 Nature-themed work by local artists will be on display through April 4.
